CUSTOMISED PROVISION
Customised Provision provides employers and providers with a way of gaining recognition and accreditation for quality programmes and qualifications that accredit learning and progression and celibrate achievement but which do not need to draw down public funing for delivery.
Ascentis has a full range of Customised Provision which can be applied to all learning situations, e.g.

Customised Provision continues to be popular with employers and charities who want to provide their employees and clients with a national stamp of approval for internal training courses and/or provide internal progression routes for promotion and pay rise purposes.
Customised Provision is equally popular with Training Providers who wish to develop and market their own independently quality assured provision developed to national standards on a fee paying basis.
Customised Provision can provide learners with a ladder of opportunities that can lead to Higher Education (via Access to HE programmes) or enhance job prospects leading to work. In many cases there is no examination and learners are required to produce evidence of learning through coursework or short classroom tasks which are internally produced and assessed and externally moderated by Ascentis.
* NEW * Home Learners can now benefit from Ascentis Customised Provision - Ascentis is now working closely with NCC Home Learning to develop a range of Ascentis accredited home learning packages which make learning to gain a qualification easy. Learners purchace their learning pack from NCC and complete all the assessemnts whilst supported by NCC's qualified tutors and at the end can achieve a qualification in their chosen subject validated by Ascentis. Customised Qualifications are written in conjunction with Ascentis' Qualification Developers and as such can reflect exactly what each organisation needs (thus Customised Provision).
