How to register a learner

A centre must ensure it is registered as a full OCNW or approved member centre to deliver OCNW Employment Related programmes prior to registration of learners.

For all subjects within Employment Related programmes a learner must be registered with OCNW via the relevant Student Information Records Sheet (SIRS), these can be found in the
documents section.  If you are unsure which SIRS to complete contact the OCNW Accreditation Team email accreditation@ocnw.com or telephone 01524 845046.

Learners must be registered with OCNW within 7 weeks of commencement of a programme.

Once the relevant SIRS has been completed with centre, subject and learner details it must be returned to the OCNW Accreditation Unit.

Alternatively SIRS can be completed electronically and emailed to
accreditation@ocnw.com.
