Summary

This qualification develops the learners knowledge and skills in marshalling in order that they could officiate safely as an Incident Marshal on any Motorsports event. 

 

Assessment

Units 1 – 6 (External Assessment)

 

The assessment for these units is as follows:

 

Unit 1 - 3 Multiple Choice Question test paper only (30 minutes per unit)

Unit 4 - 6 Multiple Choice Question test paper and practical task (per unit)

 

These assessments will be conducted under supervised conditions. See tutor guidance on page 13.

 

Units 7, 8 and 9 (Internal Assessment)

 

This requires the learner to participate in a number of motorsports events.  The learner then needs to complete an event report and a reflective review.
